Shipping
We are an European independent slow fashion brand based in Porto, Portugal.
If the product you ordered is in stock it will be shipped no later than two days after purchase by DHL GoGreen Express International.

Once we have shipped your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package as it finds its way to you.

DHL PARCEL OR CTT (Portugal & Spain)
Portugal – 5,95€ (1-3 Business days)
Spain – 10,95€ (2-5 Business days)

DHL GOGREEN EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL

Europe: (2-5 Business days): FLAT RATE 15,95€
UK & Rest of the World: (3-5 Business days): FLAT RATE 25,95€

​We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that if your shipping address is non-EU it could incur in customs charges.
How to return an item
We are happy to offer a refund of new, unworn OVER RULE product with its original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once the 7 days have lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund.

To return an item please email support@over-rule.com and we will tell you how to proceed. Once the item has been received and confirmed a refund will be issued.

***Important: All discounted items are final. Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Note that the refund will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days.* ( EXCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.)
Shipping of returns
We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Taxes or customs fees of returning items will not be covered by OVER RULE, please verify before shipping.
Exchanges
We are a small business and are currently unable to offer exchanges. We recommend reordering the item through our website.
Important note
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund, which means all purchases with discount are final. If the product was bought under a free shipping campaign, please be advised that we will keep the shipping cost when processing the refund. Please check the shipping costs above
