Shipping

We are an European independent slow fashion brand based in Porto, Portugal.

If the product you ordered is in stock it will be shipped no later than two days after purchase by DHL GoGreen Express International.

(certified greenhouse gas emissions offsetting program)

Once we have shipped your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package as it finds its way to you.

If you don´t receive your product in the estimated time please contact our customer support team at support@over-rule.com

Shipping Costs

DHL PARCEL (Portugal)

Portugal – 9,95€ (1-3 Business days)

DHL GOGREEN EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL

(certified greenhouse gas emissions offsetting program)

EUROPEAN UNION & UK: (2-5 Business days): FLAT RATE 25,95€

REST OF THE WORLD: (3-5 Business days): FLAT RATE 29,95€

***We do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that if your shipping address is non-EU it could incur in customs charges in your country.

Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and not guaranteed.

How to return an item

We are happy to offer a refund of new, unworn OVER RULE product with its original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once the 14 days have lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund.

To return an item please email support@over-rule.com and we will inform you how to proceed. Once the item has been received and confirmed a refund will be issued.

***Important: All discounted items are final. Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Please be advised that we will keep the original shipping cost when processing the refund. Check the shipping costs above.

Note that the refund will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days.* ( EXCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.)

Shipping of returns

We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs of returns and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. Taxes or customs fees of returning items will not be covered by OVER RULE, if charged the same will be deducted in the refund value.

Exchanges

We are a small business and are currently unable to offer exchanges. We recommend reordering the item through our website.
